Neox provides software and infrastructure that enables users to access on-chain yield opportunities via decentralised protocols. Neox does not custody user funds, does not provide financial advice, and does not act as a bank, broker, or asset manager.
All interactions with blockchain networks and smart contracts occur at your own risk.
2. Eligibility
By using Neox, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
Neox does not permit use of the Services in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited by law.
3. Non-Custodial Nature
Neox is a non-custodial platform. You retain full control over your digital assets at all times.
Neox does not:
Hold, manage, or custody user funds
Have access to your private keys
Guarantee the security or performance of any third-party protocol
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials.
4. No Financial Advice
The Services are provided for informational and technical purposes only.
Nothing on Neox constitutes:
Financial advice
Investment advice
Legal or tax advice
An offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset
You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with any blockchain transaction.
5. Risks of Using the Services
By using Neox, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with blockchain technology, including but not limited to:
Smart contract vulnerabilities
Protocol failures
Market volatility
Stablecoin depegging
Network congestion or outages
Loss of funds due to user error
Neox does not guarantee yields, returns, or performance.
6. Third-Party Protocols and Services
Neox may integrate with third-party blockchain protocols, smart contracts, or infrastructure providers.
Neox does not control and is not responsible for:
The operation of third-party protocols
The accuracy of information provided by third parties
Losses resulting from interactions with third-party services
Your use of third-party protocols is subject to their respective terms.
7. Service Availability and Modifications
Neox may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
This includes temporary pauses for maintenance, upgrades, or system rebalancing.
Neox is not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Use the Services in a way that could damage or impair the platform
